Mindfulness Meditation Course
Sessions are taught in a small online class setting over the course of 8 weeks. Each class is 2 hours long and is structured to include time for teaching, practicing, discussing results, and answering questions.
The small size of these classes allows us to provide close and individualized instruction as well as assisting you in clarifying your specific needs. By the end of the course you will have established an individualized meditation regimen and be ready to apply mindfulness to your everyday life.
Instructors: Mary Rogers and James Holland
This online one hour class is for those who have some experience and want to continue to deepen their meditation practice. The focus will be 30-40 minutes of meditation followed by a short period of personalized direction in a small group setting. Call for information on scheduling.
