Mindfulness Meditation Course
Sessions are taught in a small online class setting over the course of 8 weeks. Each class is 2 hours long and is structured to include time for teaching, practicing, discussing results, and answering questions.
The small size of these classes allows us to provide close and individualized instruction as well as assisting you in clarifying your specific needs. By the end of the course you will have established an individualized meditation regimen and be ready to apply mindfulness to your everyday life.
Single and Continuing Classes
This online one hour class is for those who have some experience and want to continue to deepen their meditation practice. Or for those who would like to see if our Teaching and Meditation style would be a good fit. The focus will be 40 minutes of meditation followed by a short period of personalized direction and questions in a small group setting. Call for information on scheduling. First class will be $10.00 with no long-term commitment. To start with this class will be held on Sundays.
Buddhist classes and services
We also teach Buddhist meditation to groups and individuals. We are in the process of moving but will be conducting services for those that wish to practice their Buddhism in person and in a group.

In office classes were $480.00 for 16 hours of instruction and meditation. Online class $320.00 an additional 20% off for those who sign up for the first class. Instruction materials will be provided.
